About Spider Solitaire
Spider Solitaire feels like a quiet puzzle session with a deck of cards laid out across ten columns. You start with two mixed decks for a total of 104 cards. Four of those columns display six cards each. The other six stacks hold five cards each. Only the top card in each stack lies face up. The rest remain face down.
Players aim to build full runs from King down to Ace in a single suit. Runs complete and cards vanish right away. You move any face up card or pile onto a card one rank higher. Moves dry up at some stage. Then you deal a new row of cards from the reserve. Two outcomes end the round. Every card can leave the table. Running out of legal moves also stops play.
Challenges rise through suit count levels. A single suit run feels smooth. Adding a second suit ups the challenge. Four suits make it the most testing. Undo and hint options exist in most digital editions. Players track wins and best scores on built in stats screens. Many versions let users pick custom card backs and table themes for a fresh look.
