Introduction to ATV Quad Racing
The racing action in ATV Quad Racing arrived in October 2000. Bit Managers made the game. Riders face off against computer rivals on rough tracks. Quad bikes handle throttle, brakes and steering with an arcade feel. They let riders leap off ramps and slide around corners with ease.
Players race on each track and chase a top finish. Championship mode sends riders through a series of events for points. Single race mode lets a rider tackle one course against computer opponents. Time trials pit a rider against the clock to shave lap times. Championship and race modes use computer rivals while trials run alone on each course.
Winning races unlocks new tracks and extra vehicles. For variety the game offers dirt hills and muddy layouts. Snow fields and stadium loops fill out the track set. Riders pick from quad models with different speed and grip. Two people race on one screen in split view.
